Because two of these taken at mealtime will eliminate puffiness. They may cause insomnia, but hey ... You can take one of these before bed and you'll sleep like a baby, although you'll notice a slight irregularity. In which case, take one of these in the morning. And here ... I don't know what any of these are, but try taking them anyway. Actually, I was only feeling a bit hungry. Ooo ... Hunger pangs.
