"A dark cloud is gathering in the east as tensions between the enemy nations continue to escalate. In this time of uncertainty, who will the world look to for reassurance? I don't know about this. "Jouleforce, that's who!" FOOMP! "Stronger than the most powerful armies on Earth! Able to stop a nuclear ballistic missile with his bare hands." A nuclear what? Help us! PLEASE, HELP! "THE U.N. IS CALLING FOR YOU, JOULEFORCE!! A tyrannical madman is threatening to blow up the world and we need your fighting muscle!! QUICK! TO THE RAT DISK!" Well, go on! "That's right - " Oof!! Ziiing! Ahhhhhh. Crash. Blip. Delete. On second thought, this sounds more like a job for Sanctionman. I'm gonna sanction you as soon as I find my teeth!

Cartoonist(s): Mike Peters
Comic/Cartoon: Mother Goose and Grimm
Viewable Date: 2011-11-20 Pub. Date: 2011-11-20
Image Number: 73380
Caption: Excuse me, sir, but you look cold. I am, I just came of the cryogenics lab. I've been frozen in a state of suspended animation for thirty-five years. Why did you have yourself frozen? The TV shows were awful thirty-five years ago. I figured if I could just go thirty-five years into the future, television will have something thought-provoking and enriching by then. Instead of the gratuitous sex-and-violence-type shows they had thirty-five years ago. What are the new shows now? Charlie's Angels and Hawaii Five-O. FREEZE ME. FREEZE ME.

Cartoonist(s): Darrin Bell
Comic/Cartoon: Candorville
Viewable Date: 2011-10-08 Pub. Date: 2011-10-08
Image Number: 66216
Caption: How exactly would a tax increase on the top 2% kill jobs? It's simple ... Say I own a company with fifty employees and I see a profit of $10 million per year. Say Obama raises my taxes to 50%, and I have to scrape by on only $5 million per year. Are you following so far? Not really. Naturally, I'd lose incentive to work, fire everyone, and hibernate in suspended animation till taxes are low again.

Caption: It's 3 A.M. Go back to bed. There's a bunch of Disney folks in my room. Disney?
