Caption: Oooo … Are you ok, grandpa? Excuse me, sir, but are you suffering from high blood pressure? Um … Just take one of our special tablets every day and you'll be back down to your old 120/80 self in no time. Side effects include your face blowing up like a balloon, but don't worry ... Because two of these taken at mealtime will eliminate puffiness. They may cause insomnia, but hey ... You can take one of these before bed and you'll sleep like a baby, although you'll notice a slight irregularity. In which case, take one of these in the morning. And here ... I don't know what any of these are, but try taking them anyway. Actually, I was only feeling a bit hungry. Ooo ... Hunger pangs. In that case, have you considered diet pills to eliminate that constant gnawing feeling in your stomach? Who let that guy in?
