Caption: As mayor of the lagoon I took it upon myself to bring in an efficiency consultant. As result, we've implemented some changes around here. All written communication will be done via email … All documents will be digital … No "ink on dead trees." No filing cabinets fill of compost. The lagoon is now a paperless operation. Even the bathroom is paperless. I noticed.
