Caption: Running Government More Like a Business. A manager who mush report to you lies to you. (WMD.) Blows deadlines. (Iraq Calendar.) Incurs huge cost overruns. (U.S. Debt.) Ignores the company's own data. (CIA Evidence is Weak.) Makes unrealistic, self-serving projections (predictions about welcome by Iraqis), and when test markets show customers are dissatisfied (truth about welcome by Iraqis). he changes his stated goals to fit the results. (Find wmd - mass graves. Free US from terror - Iraq from Saddam.) He hands our fat contracts to friends, with no public bidding process (Halliburton), has difficulty working with others (United Nations), and his PR blunders hurt the brand name in international markets (Stop U.S. Imperialism). Employee morale is down (*#&!+) and workplace injuries are up (military casualties). Do you .... Charge him? Sue him? Fire him? Tar and feather him? Reward him with expanded powers and an unlimited budget and time frame?
