Image Number: 65472
Caption: All this trillion-dollar talk in Washington has me thinking about what it would be like if WE had a trillion dollars. You and dad could pay the electric bill for the next 500 million or so years. Grandpa, you could buy a trillion Jolly burgers and have enough left over to buy a jumbo bottle of antacid tablets. I could buy a new Bugatti sports car every day for the rest of my life, which would give my image a boost and increase your chances of having a daughter-in-law. We could use a trillion dollars, don't you think? What do you want me to do? Put in a couple billion more overtime hours? No, no! I had China send us this loan application. Now, what can you put up as collateral?

Comic/Cartoon: The Brilliant Mind of Edison Lee
Viewable Date: 2011-06-26 Pub. Date: 2011-06-26
Image Number: 62322
Caption: Whoa! What is that? I'm working on a new drive system for my dad's car. I've noticed that when gas prices rise, so does his blood pressure. I've installed sensors in the steering wheel that'll trigger a conversion of that pressure into energy to the drive pistons ... Reducing the amount of gas needed to power the vehicle. Blood Pressure. Speed. The higher the blood pressure, the faster the car will go. Thumpa. Thumpa. Thumpa. Vroooom. Why didn't anybody think of this sooner. Beats me.
